We are seeking dedicated Community Outreach Representatives to join our Baton Rouge team. Our client is expanding their unique needs. The primary role of the Community Outreach Representative is to engage and qualify potential prospects, guiding them through the enrollment process with care and expertise.

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will directly interact with local residents to assess their eligibility for our client’s products, communicate the benefits, and create excitement around these high-quality offerings. Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members to introduce and explain home improvement products and services, ensuring they understand the value and benefits.
  • Prospect Qualification: Assess potential customers to determine their eligibility for specialized products and assist them throughout the sign-up process.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and build a robust referral pipeline to expand community outreach efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Outreach Representatives and customer service teams to refine outreach strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional support to prospective and current customers, ensuring a seamless experience during and after the enrollment process.
  • Team Contribution: Foster a positive work environment through collaboration, maintaining professional and supportive relationships across all departments.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required based on relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, community outreach, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • Professional, dependable, and sincere with a history of developing effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and community members.
  • Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
